All parts of the bill are for the following groups: Black, Latino, Native American, Asian American, Pacific Islander, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, minority-serving, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), culturally appropriate care management and services for older individuals who are racial and ethnic minorities or are underserved due to sexual orientation or gender identity, maternal mortality among minorities, communities of color with substance abuse, minority-serving institutions, low diversity within the teacher and school leader workforce, Minority Business Development Agency, "persistent poverty communities," "historically economically distressed," "historical injustice" and "underserved communities". Linda and Leo are no where in the picture. You white folks will get nothing and love it!
