This is not a "yes, but". This is a "you can't have it both ways". The Presidential Records Act was clarified for Clinton showing he could have top secret documents and top-secret recordings with foreign leaders. Bush has a library full of classified documents. Obama is "still" going through 11 million documents he took from the white house and other places. So, it applies to President Trump.
Vice Presidents, like Joe Biden and Mike Pence, can never have them in their possession or at other off-site locations. That's not in question.
Biden/Harris/Democrat immigration policy was so magnificent. We only got 435,000 convicted and "known" criminals. That's only about 3% of the people that came in. One out of every thirty-three people you saw come across the border, and ones you didn't see, was a convicted criminal.

And oh, how well we are treating the immigrants. Where can you go, anywhere in the world, and get a middleclass living style and not have to work for two years, huh?
Our veterans have given so much, and they are still willing to give more. They don't mind living on the streets so immigrants can feel so welcome. They are so awesome!
