It's disingenuous to pull the "Black Jobs" comment out of a question about "black people" that was posed to Biden and then Trump did a rebuttal to. The word "black" was used 15 times by the moderators and Biden before Trump even spoke. He was addressing the situation of "black" people since Joe has been in office.
Context matters.
