Henderson County Sheriffs have arrested David James for allegedly cutting down the FEMA gate blocking the WV Boys road from Bat Cave to Chimney Rock. The charge is the highest class of misdemeanor in NC, "Driving on Closed/Unopened Highway" that includes the conduct of "injuring a gate".
After the WV Boys cut the vital supply road to Chimney Rock, FEMA advanced $288,000 to Chimney Rock to fund the installation of 2 gates on each end of the road, as well as 24/7-armed private security...
The alternative routes add 90 minutes to anyone seeking entrance, and property owners are being denied any entry to their own land... David is a patriot and will always stand for the people, it's time the people stand for him as well!
